It wasn't that hard to make the shirt, once I looked at my husband's one up close. I cut 10" strips and sewed pin tucks in them - they ended up about 7 tucks and about 3" wide. Then I cut out the shirt and neatly sewed the strips on the shirt fronts and pockets so they would line up correctly. MUCH easier than trying to estimate and sew the pin tucks into the actual shirt pieces. Then I just followed the pattern directions and sewed the shirt together the rest of the way.
Hello and welcome!
Sycamore Corner Crafts has my thoughts on living thoughtfully in an old house, with kids. I started this blog as motivation to finish my projects and post the photos - and so far it is (mostly) working.
Look around, leave a comment, and thanks for visiting!
